「被規制者向け情報通知文書（NRA Information Notice（NIN））」は、東京電力福島第一原子力発電所事故の反省を踏まえ、事業者による継続的な改善を将来にわたって維持発展させるため、原子力規制庁の担当部署において規制上関係する被規制者等に周知する必要があると判断する情報について、迅速かつ柔軟に通知することを可能とし、併せて被規制者等とのコミュニケーションの円滑化の一助とすることを目的としたものです。 本文書は、被規制者に対して作為又は不作為を求めるものではありません。 "NRA Information Notice (NIN)" aims to enable NRA staff to agilely and flexibly notify affected licensees of necessary information and help facilitate communication with licensees, in order for licensees to maintain and develop continuous improvement, which is a lesson learned from the TEPCO’s Fukushima Daiichi NPS accident. NIN may not require an act or omission from licensees.
